Neway' role

We started by screening suitable source factories based on production capabilities, customization experience, product quality, and pricing. Neway then coordinated with selected manufacturers throughout the customization process, helping the client compare different solutions and bring its product ideas into production.

Beyond product sourcing and customization, Neway also provided flexible payment, helping the client manage cash flow while maintaining a stable supply chain.
