Industry Supervisor for the MTI Program of the School of Foreign Languages, with the appointment certificate issued by Zhou Lin, Dean of the School.
Since establishing the NEWAY Scholarship in 2009, Chongqing Neway has remained committed to its original aspiration for 17 consecutive years. The company has continuously deepened industry-education collaboration, expanding support to include student grants, teaching awards, international exchange programs, and the construction of internship and practice bases for university students. By giving back to education with concrete actions, fulfilling social responsibilities, and upholding its mission, NEWAY has actively supported the university’s talent development.

In his speech, Chairman Wang Jingchun fondly recalled his years of study at his alma mater and expressed gratitude to the university and his mentors for their guidance. Drawing on nearly 34 years of practical experience in foreign trade, he shared inspiring expectations with teachers and students:
In the AI era, language carries unique warmth, and solid linguistic competence remains irreplaceable. Foreign language talents should move beyond a "tool-oriented" mindset to embrace a "value-oriented" transformation, striving to become interdisciplinary "language +" professionals.
As the newly appointed Industry Supervisor for the MTI program, he stated that he will leverage the regional advantages of the city’s "33618" modern manufacturing cluster system, the strategic position as a junction of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, as well as the development features of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in Western China. He will closely align with regional talent demands, actively promote curriculum reform and customized talent development, drive innovations in curriculum design, training models and teaching methods, enrich practical content and formats, and help more students achieve academic and career success.

Moving forward, Chongqing Neway will continue to uphold its original aspiration, further increase support for the educational development of its alma mater, and contribute more corporate strength to talent cultivation and university-enterprise collaboration, joining hands with CTBU to build a strong national education system.
