From March 2 to 3, 2026, Tang Xiaocong, Assistant General Manager of Chongqing Neway Imp&Exp Co., Ltd., together with sales representatives from the Business Development Department, traveled to Sichuan to conduct product inspection and prepare for inspection & quarantine for three batches of hotel furniture orders destined for the United States.
From March 2 to 3, 2026, Tang Xiaocong, Assistant General Manager of Chongqing Neway Imp&Exp Co., Ltd., together with sales representatives from the Business Development Department, traveled to Sichuan to conduct product inspection and prepare for inspection & quarantine for three batches of hotel furniture orders destined for the United States.
These export orders focus on
hotel furniture for the US market, covering dozens of items with large quantities and various categories. To ensure consistency between declared quantities and actual goods, and effectively avoid risks in export customs clearance, the Neway team held communication meetings with partners to review and confirm key details, including quotation execution, inspection documentation standards, and quantity verification procedures.
The team then went into the production lines to carry out comprehensive product inspections:
- Verified product models and quantities one by one to meet declaration requirements;
- Carefully checked and completed inspection and quarantine documents in accordance with export regulations, ensuring complete and standardized paperwork;
- Communicated and rectified on-site issues immediately to ensure all goods and information fully comply with export standards, laying a solid foundation for smooth customs clearance.
